A healing movement practice to help you align with and unlock a deeper sense of your true self.

What to Expect

Here’s a sample of what you will experience while we’re together…

Grounding exercise involving the opportunity to set your intention and the time to drop into your body and be fully in the present.  This is a space for you to softly close your eyes (optional eye shield available), let go of what you came in with, and surrender into your own sacred space.

Opening Meditation

Specifically created chakra resonant music along with a focused visualization wherein your own spontaneous movement arises. There is no right or wrong way to move.  Simply witness and allow your body to flow as you access your own energy.

Guided Imagery

This is an invitation to reflect, heal, and integrate.  You may feel called to draw or write your experience. This may present in an abstract or a literal sense. There is no judgment, this is your own reflection of your experience.  To conclude, a closing meditation calls in the integration of your practice into your daily life.
